How It Works: Our 3-Step On-Site Process
Our process is designed from the ground up to be efficient and minimize disruption to your workday.
Step 1: Setup (20-30 Minutes)
We arrive, find the ideal space (a 10×15 foot boardroom, lobby, or quiet corner is perfect), and get to work. We set up our lights, backdrop, and camera. In about 20-30 minutes, the studio is fully built and ready for your first team member.
Step 2: The Shoot (Efficient & Authentic)
This is where our brand philosophy comes in. We know most people hate getting their photo taken. Our process is about making it simple, fun, and reflecting you.
- It’s Efficient: We average just 7 minutes per person, allowing us to photograph 8-10 team members an hour. We can even get a test subject (or the first person) to dial in the look.
- It’s Authentic: We connect easily and empathize with how you’re feeling.
- Hate having your photo taken? We’ll give you quick, clear guidance to get fantastic shots in just a few minutes. No awkwardness.
- Love the camera? You’ll feel seen, and we’ll take the time to capture your best angles.
- Just want to get it done? We respect your time and won’t hold you up.
- It’s Collaborative: We’ll show you a few shots on the back of the camera as we go. We’ll explain what we’re looking for and make sure you’re happy with the direction before you head back to your desk.
Step 3: Teardown (10-15 Minutes)
Once the last person is done, we’re packed up and out of your way in just 10-15 minutes. There’s no mess and no fuss.
